Q: What happens if you exceed the specified turnaround?
A: In the event that we exceed the specified turnaround, we will provide a prorated refund of any rush charges, or we will provide a complimentary rush service on your next order.

Q: When does the turnaround schedule begin?
A: For proofs approved after 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time, the turnaround schedule begins on the following business day.
Q: What are Printrespnsibly.com’s proofing methods?
A: Printresponsibly.com offers two proofing methods:
1. Electronic Proofs:
• A proof in PDF format is available for any of our printed products. This is an industry-accepted method for approving correct size, layout, content, and for making non-critical, qualitative decisions about color.
• Once all your job files are uploaded to our website, we will review them and email a PDF proof within 1 business day.
2. Hard Copy Proofs:
• A hard copy proof is intended to closely match press output and is available at an additional cost for projects where color match is more critical.
• Because these proofs are not electronic files, they must be shipped to you for approval and you must ship them back to us before we can put your project on press.
• We print and ship proofs the next business day from receipt of your files.
• On proofs for Catalogs and Magazines over 16 pages, we ship on the 2nd business day.
• Hard copy proofs may be shipped via UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Ground
